I wanted to take a moment out of my day to let you know about the excellent customer service we continue to receive from the Northstar Service Department team.
In early 2010 my fiancee purchased a new Stanta Fe Sport. I was with her during the sales negotiations and was impressed with Anton’s approach and sense of humor enough to purchase a new Stanta Fe a couple of months later. Both vehicles performed above expectation. We sold one of them in early 2011 and now have only one Santa Fe in the family. In mid 2011 we had transmission issue due to a manufacturer defect which required it to be replaced twice. During this time Mike King ensured that we always had transportation when we needed it during testing, actually driving my fiancee to school in Morinville in his own vehicle to ensure she wasn't late to teach her class.
This weekend my fiancee turned up unannounced and asked if she could have her bike hitch removed - it was done in 5 minutes without any questions. Neil and the guys out in the Service bay are always friendly and helpful: many other Edmonton car dealerships could do well to take a leaf out of their book. Keep up the good work!
